Shipping & Delivery

What type of packaging do you use?
Art prints, posters, and photographs are rolled and placed into a plastic mailer tube to protect against dust and damage. Framed items such as stretched canvases and original art are packaged securely with bubble wrap and corner protectors.

When will my art arrive?
We currently ship only to the UAE. Orders are delivered with our fleet or through a local courier companies via a traceable method. FREE delivery in the UAE for orders over AED 500.
For orders below AED 500, there is an AED 100 shipping charge per order.
For all UAE orders, standard processing time is between 3-5 working days for items in stock and upto 14 working days for items on order. Out of Stock and back ordered items can take up to 3 weeks.

How do I track my order?
You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

 

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team at 971-04-388-1516 or email shop@museartz.com.We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.

What is your turnaround time?
Typically items on order can take up to 14 business days to process allowing additional time for shipping.  This shipping time is an estimation and not a guarantee.  Larger canvases and large quantity orders may take longer to produce.  If your item is needed by a certain date, please contact us so that we may assist you in this matter.

I need my order by a certain date, can I expedite an order?
If you need the order by a certain date, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.  If you have an extremely tight turnaround time, please call us during business hours at 971-4-388-1516 or utilize our live chat option.  We are usually able to accommodate special requests. Expedited orders do incur an extra charge, which will be quoted by a Customer Service representative.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 10 days for a store credit.

How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
Muse Artz verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to (4cm). If you are not satisfied with the product you receive may return it within 10 days for a store credit.

What are your hours?
Our Customer Service team is available for live help 7 days a week from 10am- 10pm UAE Time.

Will my order ship in one big box or in multiple pieces?
Your order is shipped as each piece is completed, so it is possible that each item will ship separately.  If you have multiple items on the order, they may ship in different boxes on different days.

What company do you ship through?
We ship using our fleet within the UAE and Aramex or UPS internationally.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above AED 500 in Dubai and AED 1000 in Abu Dhabi. Orders below these minimums incur an AED 100 charge in Dubai and AED 150 in Abu Dhabi. For international deliveries, please contact our Customer Service representative for a quote.

What currencies do you bill in?
We accept AED and accept all major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.

How are items printed and framed ?
All prints are produced on Epson giclee printers using archival inks guaranteed to last up to 75 years. Our printers create museum quality prints at a printing resolution of 1440 x 720 dpi.   For complete printer specifications, click here. Produced on medium weight cover stock paper.
All Prints are framed behind glass within our standard 3.5cm wide by 2 cm deep black wood frame and are single white matted.

How is the canvas printed & stretched?
We use a propriety blend of canvas that is stretched over 3.5cm wooden stretcher bars. We print on artist's grade canvas using archival inks. All of our canvases have UVB protection built in to protect against fading and moisture and are designed to last for over 100 years.

Do you include hanging hardware with your canvases and framed prints?
Yes. The type of hangers varies depending on the size and type of items in the order. The hardware included will work on most walls.  If you have older walls or special finishes please take this into consideration before installation. If you have any questions regarding the hanging hardware provided, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service department.

Can I hang my product outside?
Our products are designed to be displayed indoors only and should not be exposed to water or direct sunlight.

Will the colors shown on my monitor be exactly how the image prints?
The colors shown on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match.  If you have any questions about an image or special considerations, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.

Can I customize a stock image by adding text or changing the image?
Unfortunately we cannot alter our stock images by adding text or making major changes to the image.  Our images are provided by artists and photographers that have submitted their art to be printed as is.

Do you offer frames for your canvases?
Yes, we offer a float frame option for our canvases.  The float frame comes in three different finishes: Black, Silver and Walnut. Please visit contact our Customer service Department about adding frames to canvases.

Can I order a custom size?
We can typically accommodate custom sizes on certain items.  Please contact our Customer Service Team  to request a custom quote.  Sizes are based on whole inches, as we are not able to accommodate fractions of inches.

Do you offer unstretched/rolled canvases?
We prefer to stretch the canvases in house but can offer rolled canvases upon request.   We guarantee the quality of the print for our rolled canvases, but do not cover any damage incurred during stretching through a second party.

Can I buy just the digital image?
We are unable to sell digital copies of any of image.

Photo to canvas (Photo2Art)

My photo needs retouching, do you offer this option?
We do not currently offer retouching options for our photo to art products via online purchases.. If you are in need of retouching on your image, please visit our nearest framing and printing center for a consultation with our graphic designers.

Do you have all of the images in stock?
Not always, we print or order your order when we receive it.  This ensures you receive the highest quality product available.

How do I take care of my art?  Do I need to clean it?
Typically your framed art or canvas will just need a light dusting every now and then.  If you find that you need to spot clean the canvas, use a damp cloth that has only water on it.  Chemicals can react with the ink and ruin the canvas. Avoid placing you art in direct sunlight.
